Before Your Appointment
A little prep goes a long way — and knowing what to bring takes the guesswork out of your big day with us.
- Be prepared that you will find your gown and it will probably be easier than you thought. We are an off the rack store, which means you get to take home your gown immediately and not worry about anything. Come prepared.
- Bring your people — but keep it cozy and positive and supportive. We welcome up to 4 guests per bride, so the voices you hear are the ones that matter most. A smaller group keeps the day focused and calm, and keeps your instincts front and center (this is our #1 secret to a happy, confident bride!).
- Wear the right foundations. Nude, seamless underwear and comfy undergarments help you see each gown exactly as it’s meant to look. Don’t overthink it, don’t wear anything uncomfortable, and don’t worry about shoes!
- Bring your inspiration. Screenshots, Pinterest boards, that one dress you keep coming back to — bring it all. The more we know, the better we choose. - Come exactly as you are. Open mind, no pressure. There’s no “right” way to feel today — there’s only your way. Try to eat a little something before you come, bridal gown shopping takes energy!

No mystery, no guesswork. Here’s exactly how your time with us flows:
1. We get to know you. Your stylist starts with you — your venue, your date, your vision, and how you want to feel walking down the aisle. Before a single gown comes out, we listen. We’re bride positive.
2. We curate, you explore. Based on what we hear, your stylist hand-selects gowns chosen for you — never random pulls off a rack. You’ll try on, react, and tell us what’s landing. Your stylist is an expert, so trust the process!
3. We refine together. We read what’s working and adjust in real time. Every gown gets us closer. Our best advice: Listen to your gut, not your guests.
4. You find it — and you’ll know. Whether it hits you in an instant or settles in slowly, that moment is yours. We’ll be right there to celebrate it!
5. We map out what’s next. Once you say yes, your stylist carefully packages your gown for you to take home!, (or in occasional cases, walks you through fit & ordering timeline), and every step ahead — so you leave with total clarity, not a to-do list of worries.
